Alesha Burgraff is the founder and proud owner of TandemHart Design & Paperie, a creative studio specializing in branding, marketing, and web design for commercial clients, as well as custom stationery for weddings and events. She spent 18 years at The Integer Group in Des Moines, Iowa, starting as an Art Director and rising through every creative role before leaving agency life as the Creative Director for Michelin and BFGoodrich Tires.
Today, TandemHart is powered by Alesha’s creative leadership and supported by a team of dedicated art directors and a trusted network of partners. Her vision is simple: do what she loves with people she loves. That spirit fuels the team’s strong work ethic, passion for design, and belief that great work only happens through trust and true partnership.
